Abstract

The invention discloses a test device for determining the efficiency of an adsorbent. The test device comprises an oil-gas generation unit for generating and outputting oil gas, an adsorption unit, atail gas treatment unit and a concentration detection unit. The adsorption unit comprises an adsorption column and a weight sensor, the adsorption column is located at the downstream of the oil-gas generation unit, and an oil-gas inlet of the adsorption column communicates with the output end of the oil-gas generation unit to adsorb oil in oil gas; the weight sensor is connected below the adsorption column to bear the adsorption column and is used for detecting the weight of the adsorption column in real time. The tail gas treatment unit is positioned at the downstream of the adsorption unit and communicated with the oil-gas outlet of the adsorption column. The concentration detection unit is communicated with the oil gas outlet and used for receiving the tail gas in real time and detecting the oil concentration in the tail gas in real time. According to the test device for measuring the efficiency of the adsorbent, the adsorption capacity of the adsorption column and the concentrationof adsorbed oil gas can be measured in real time, and then two kinds of data can be comprehensively compared, so that the detected efficiency of the adsorbent is more comprehensive and accurate.
