Problems solved by technology

[0003] The traditional shaping process is not suitable for porous functional fibers. If there is a slight deviation in temperature control, the porous functional fibers will become hard and brittle, which will affect the quality of the finished product. Therefore, an improved technology is urgently needed to solve the current problem. There is this problem in the technology

Embodiment 1

[0024] A process for shaping the finished product after dyeing porous functional fibers. The fabric in this embodiment is purely spun porous fiber without the use of finishing agents. The setting temperature of the finished product is set at 135°C; the setting width: the actual effective width is slightly smaller than the theoretical width 2 cm wide.

Embodiment 2

[0026] A process for shaping the finished product after dyeing porous functional fibers. The fabric in this example is purely spun porous fiber, which requires the use of finishing agents, and the setting temperature of the finished product is set at 140°C; setting width: the actual effective width is slightly wider than the theoretical width 3 cm.

Embodiment 3

[0028] A process for shaping the finished product after dyeing porous functional fibers. The fabric in this embodiment is pure spinning porous fiber plus spandex, and no finishing agent is used. The setting temperature of the finished product is set at 145°C; the setting door width: the actual effective door width is compared to the theoretical door The width is slightly 2 cm.

Abstract

The invention discloses a shaping process of a finished product after porous functional fiber dyeing. The shaping process comprises the following steps of directly entering the next step if special requirements do not exist and an after-finishing agent is not needed after dyeing, and soaking by using the after-finishing agent after use if the special requirements are existent; step two, setting temperature of finished products: adding an easy-to-clean hydrophilic soft moisture absorption and sweat releasing agent with concentration of 2% -3% into a size tank, setting the temperature to be 135-140 DEG C if the fiber is pure spinning porous fiber, and setting the temperature to be 145-150 DEG C if the fiber is pure spinning porous fiber and spandex; setting the temperature to be 145-155 DEGC if the fiber is blended porous fiber; and setting the temperature to be 150-160 DEG C if the fiber is the blended porous fiber and the polyurethane fabric; and step three, shaping the width of fabric. The porous functional fiber fabric prepared through the process disclosed by the invention is soft in hand feeling, friend to skin, comfortable moisture-absorbing and quick-drying, clear in stripes, resistant in fuzz balls, good in micro-elasticity and air permeability and wrinkle resistance, and high in moisture conductivity.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of finishing process for finished products after dyeing porous functional fibers, in particular to a finishing process for finished products after dyeing porous functional fibers. Background technique [0002] The finished porous functional fiber fabric should not only have good water absorption, moisture permeability and diffusivity, but also have an ideal hand feeling. [0003] The traditional shaping process is not suitable for porous functional fibers. If there is a slight deviation in temperature control, the porous functional fibers will become hard and brittle, which will affect the quality of the finished product. Therefore, an improved technology is urgently needed to solve the current problem. There is this problem in technology. Contents of the invention [0004] The object of the present invention is to provide a finishing process for finished products after dyeing porous functional fibers, so...
