The preparation method comprises the following steps: screening the dry soil silt sand through a sieve with the aperture of 3mm to obtain a dry soil silt sand primary material; placing the dry soil silt sand primary material on a screen with the hole diameter being 0.1 mm to be washed with water to remove clay impurities; grinding the washed dry soil silt sand into sand slurry through a wet ball mill; evenly mixing and stirring the sandslurry, the cement, the quick lime, the desulfurized gypsum, the aluminum powder and water and preparing the autoclaved aerated concrete block through gas forming standing, cutting and autoclaved curing.
