Abstract

The invention discloses a protein chip capable of simultaneously detecting concentrations of nine gastric cancer and gastritis serum markers. The chip is prepared by the following steps: (1), pretreating a black slide; (2), performing sample application to capture an antibody / specific antigen component solution; and (3), sealing the chip to obtain the chip. The chip is used for detecting the concentrations of gastric cancer and gastritis serum markers in blood of a patient, and a guiding basis is provided for clinical gastritis and gastric cancer differential diagnosis.
