The presetting devicebody comprises a blending assembly, an object sensing assembly, at least one reagent container for containing reagents, a first fixing seat and a second fixing seat. The second fixing seat is a framestructure; the reagent container is fixed on the first fixing seat, and the first fixing seat is placed on the second fixing seat; the blending assembly is arranged in the second fixing seat frame body and corresponds to the reagent container in position; the object sensing assembly is arranged on the second fixing seat; and the blending assembly is used for uniformly mixing the reagents in the atleast one reagent container, and the object sensing assembly senses whether the first fixing seat is placed or not.
