The method comprises the steps: extracting coordinates of sampling points according to road network data; crawling streetscape picture data through coordinates to construct an initial data set; performing deep learning semantic segmentation on the streetscape pictures in the initial data set, andextracting surface feature-level visual elements contained in the streetscape; researching and developing a man-machine confrontation scoring system, rapidly and accurately collecting psychological perception and evaluation of urban residents for street quality through man-machine interaction scoring, real-time training of a system background random forest model and iterative feedback, wherein psychological perception evaluation comprises six psychological perception indexes including richness, safety, vitality, beauty, boring and depression. By utilizing the model, the psychological perception data set meeting the specific urban street quality can be obtained with low cost and high throughput only by providing a street view data set and a small number of volunteers, and the method can befurther applied to the fields of urban planning, public health and the like.
