The object carrying assembly is used for being arranged below the objective lens. The object carrying assembly comprises a first carrying plate and a second carrying plate used for keeping the room temperature, the first carrying plate and the second carrying plate are transparent plates, the first carrying plate is provided with a heating part, and the heating part can provide the temperature needed by operation. When embryo thawing is needed, a vessel filled with frozen embryos is placed on the second carrying plate, and the frozen embryos are observed through the microscope body and thawed at normal temperature, and then the frozen embryos unfrozen at normal temperature are placed on the first carrying plate and the frozen embryos are thawed through the heating part.
