The method comprises the steps that a tool electrode with preset end partshape is prepared through an online method or an offline method; a liquid flushing effect observation experiment is carried out on the tool electrode with the preset end part shape, the shape of splashed water spots is observed, and the preset end part shape and liquid flushing parameters are optimized according to the shape of the water spots; a discharge experiment is carried out by utilizing the optimized liquid flushing parameters and the tool electrode with the optimized preset end part shape, the discharge phenomenon of the tool electrode with the optimized preset end part shape is observed, and process parameters are optimized according to the discharge phenomenon; and electric arc milling machining is carried out by adopting the optimized process parameters and the tool electrodewith the optimized preset end part shape.
