Abstract

Experiments show that by smearing the A-CM or Fr-CM, acne, papule, pustules, festerand nodules can be significantly inhibited, the situation that skin lesion parts involve surrounding tissue is prevented, a prevention effect of the ADSCs conditioned medium capable of preventing rabbit ear acne is positively correlated with a CM concentration, and the ADSCs conditioned medium capable of preventing rabbit ear acne is a novel method for preventing acne; and FrA-CM obtained by culturing ADSCs with normal saline contains multiple kinds of bioactive components, does not contain complex biological and chemical components in a complete medium, has potential, similar to that of the A-CM, for preventing acne, and is a raw material which can completely replace the A-CM.
