Abstract

The production method comprises the following steps: (1) collecting fat tissue; (2) conducting ADSCs culture; (3) producing A-CM; (4) producing medium-free ADSCs culture supernatant; (5) producing CM-hyaluronic acid mixed liquid; (6) conducting flow cytometry; and (7) detecting bioactive molecules in the A-CM by means of an ELISA method. Experiments show that by smearing the A-CM or Fr-CM, acne, papule, pustules, festerand nodules can be significantly inhibited, the situation that skin lesion parts involve surrounding tissue is prevented, a prevention effect of the ADSCs conditioned medium capable of preventing rabbit ear acne is positively correlated with a CM concentration, and the ADSCs conditioned medium capable of preventing rabbit ear acne is a novel method for preventing acne; and FrA-CM obtained by culturing ADSCs with normal saline contains multiple kinds of bioactive components, does not contain complex biological and chemical components in a complete medium, has potential, similar to that of the A-CM, for preventing acne, and is a raw material which can completely replace the A-CM.
