Abstract

The invention discloses an automatic identifying and positioning system of pleura lines through ultrasonic, based on Radon transformation. The automatic identifying and positioning system is characterized by consisting of an ultrasonic image cropping module, a Radon transformation module, an image rotation module, a pleura line extracting module and a pleura line identifying and positioning module. Through a Radon transformation technique, peak points of pleura lines are extracted from cropped ultrasonic images, the range section of a pleura line transverse projection is obtained, and pleura lines are extracted, so that identifying and positioning of the pleura lines are realized. Compared with the prior art, the automatic identifying and positioning system disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the pleura lines can be quickly and accurately identified through combination of dissecting and dynamic characteristics of pleura, detection of the pleura lines can be more objective, quantitative evaluation of the pleura can be realized, diagnosis of some pleura diseases such as pleura inflammation and ultrasonic guided pleura puncture are facilitated, the confidence of inexperienced doctors for daily clinical diagnosis is increased, the efficiency of clinical operations is improved, and the automatic identifying and positioning system has great application prospects.
