Airway humidifying and heating device for respiratory medicine nursing

InactiveCN121513322ARespiratorsMedical devicesRespiratory careEmergency medicine
The invention belongs to the technical field of respiratory medicine, and discloses an airway humidifying and heating device for respiratory medicine nursing, which comprises an oxygen heating and humidifying assembly, the output end of the oxygen heating and humidifying assembly is fixedly communicated with a first three-way valve, and the right end of the first three-way valve is fixedly communicated with a second three-way valve. The right end of the outer side face of the first three-way valve is fixedly sleeved with a locking frame. The risk that condensed water is mistakenly inhaled into the respiratory tract by a patient after being accumulated is avoided, the collected condensed water uniformly enters the condensed water collecting tank below through the flow guide structure, centralized treatment is facilitated, a breathing pipeline at the patient end does not need to be disconnected in the whole process, online cleaning is achieved, the working intensity of nursing personnel is greatly relieved, and the working efficiency is improved. Compared with the prior art, complicated manual operation is avoided, more importantly, pipeline pollution and cross infection possibly caused by manual pouring of condensate water are eradicated, and safety and convenience in the oxygen therapy process are remarkably improved.

A preoperative respiratory function training device for endoscopy

This invention relates to the field of respiratory care technology and discloses a pre-operative respiratory function trainer for respiratory endoscopy, comprising a base and a mouthpiece. A mounting base is fixedly connected to the top of the base, and an air cylinder is fixedly connected to the top of the mounting base. A float is disposed within the inner cavity of the air cylinder, and a training component is disposed within the inner cavity of the mounting base. This invention integrates respiratory training, air filtration, real-time monitoring, and data display functions into a compact structure, specifically designed for patients before respiratory endoscopy. It effectively trains the patient's respiratory muscle strength and vital capacity. Through the monitoring component, particularly the pressure sensor and pressure value display screen, the patient's blowing force can be converted into specific numerical values in real time and displayed, making the training effect measurable and recordable. Simultaneously, the range scale on the surface of the air cylinder and the rising height of the float provide the user with direct visual feedback, helping to maintain and enhance training motivation.

Respiratory care device for decontaminating inhaled air

ActiveCN117899251BRespiratory careNursing care
The application discloses a respiratory nursing device for sterilizing inhaled air, and particularly relates to the technical field of nursing. The application provides a respiratory nursing device which can sufficiently sterilize air and avoid inhaling unsterilized air. The respiratory nursing device for sterilizing inhaled air comprises a shell, a breathing mask fixed to the shell, an irradiation lamp fixed to the shell, an air pump fixed to the shell, and a refining rod rotationally connected to the shell. After the breathing mask is worn by a patient, the irradiation lamp is started, and the air pump is started. The air pump drives the blade to rotate the refining rod, and air flows out from the air pipes distributed circumferentially on the refining rod and is uniformly sprayed on the irradiation lamp, so that the air sufficiently contacts the irradiation lamp and bacteria contained in the air are sufficiently killed, thereby preventing unsterilized air from flowing out of the breathing mask, ensuring that the air flowing out of the breathing mask is sterile, and preventing the patient from inhaling uncompletely sterilized air and being harmed.
