Problems solved by technology

[0005] 1. The existing PE recycled plastic particles need to crush the recovered PE recycled plastics in the preparation process. The existing crushing equipment is not thorough enough for the crushing of PE recycled plastics, which leads to the subsequent mixing of PE recycled plastics with other raw materials during the mixing process. Not uniform enough, which affects the quality of PE recycled plastic particles;
[0006] 2. During the preparation process of the existing PE recycled plastic particles, it is necessary to quantitatively take the PE recycled powder, while the existing PE recycled plastic particles are directly introduced into a large storage device for the crushing process of the existing PE recycled plastic particles. Storage, in the batching process, the operator needs to take samples in the storage device and carry out secondary weighing, which is time-consuming and laborious;
[0007] 3. The existing PE recycled plastic granules have poor antibacterial and wear-resistant effects, which limits the scope of use of PE recycled plastic granules. PE recycled plastic granules are prone to damage during use, which shortens the service life of PE recycled plastic granules

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method for PE regenerated plastic particles. The PE regenerated plastic particles comprise the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-70 parts of regenerated plastic, 3-5 parts of a compatilizer, 10-15 parts of wood flour, 3-5 parts of an ultraviolet absorbent UV-3, 2-3 parts of a flame retardant, 3-5 parts of a dispersing agent, 6-8 parts of a plasticizer, 3-5 parts of an antibacterial agent, 3-5 parts of a wear-resistant agent, 1-2 parts of an interface modifier and 3-5 parts of nanometer silicon dioxide. According to the invention, the strengthof a polymer material can be effectively improved; the heat stability, the wear resistance and the corrosion resistance of a material are enhanced; the acceleration effect on the PE regenerated plastic particles is obvious; the PE regenerated plastic particle finished product has tensile strength of no less than 35 MPa, elastoplasticity of no less than 300 MPa and bending strength of no less than37 MPa; and the antibacterial property and the wear resistance of the material are improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of plastic products, in particular to a preparation method of PE regenerated plastic particles. Background technique [0002] Plastic is a polymer compound (macromolecules) that is polymerized by addition or polycondensation of monomers, commonly known as plastics or resins. It can freely change its composition and shape. It is composed of synthetic resins and fillers, Plasticizer, stabilizer, lubricant, colorant and other additives. The main component of plastic is resin. The term resin was originally named after the lipids secreted by animals and plants, such as rosin, shellac, etc. Resin refers to a polymer compound that has not been mixed with various additives. Resin accounts for about 40% to 100% of the total weight of the plastic. The basic properties of plastics are mainly determined by the nature of the resin, but additives also play an important role. Some plastics are basically composed of syn...
