Embodiment Construction

[0038] The embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below. It should be noted that the embodiments are illustrative, not restrictive, and cannot limit the protection scope of the present invention.

[0039] The raw materials used in the present invention, unless otherwise specified, are conventional commercially available products; the methods used in the present invention, unless otherwise specified, are conventional methods in the art.

[0040] A method for improving the hatching rate of Macrobrachium rosenbergii embryos in vitro culture, the steps are as follows:

[0041] ⑴Preparation of adult shrimp culture water: Since Macrobrachium rosenbergii is a freshwater prawn, ordinary Macrobrachium rosenbergii only needs to aerate the sterilized water for more than three days before feeding it into adult shrimp;

[0042] (2) The preparation of broodstock feed: its composition and parts by weight are as follows:

[0043] 10-15 parts of seaweed powder, 10-15...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for increasing the in-vitro culture hatching rate of macrobrachium rosenbergii embryos. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing adult shrimp breedingwater; (2) preparing a parental shrimp feed; (2) breeding parental shrimps of macrobrachium rosenbergii; (4) preparing an egg washing liquid; (5) implementing an in-vitro method of embryos; and (6) implementing a hatching mode. By adopting the method provided by the invention, fertilized embryos of the macrobrachium rosenbergii are subjected to in-vitro hatching, defects caused by direct broodinghatching of mother shrimps can be reduced, the hatching rate of in-vitro culture of the macrobrachium rosenbergii can be increased, the survival rate of membrane rupture larvae of the macrobrachium rosenbergii can be increased, and a good application technique can be provided for the industry.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of aquaculture, in particular to a method for improving the hatching rate of Macrobrachium rosenbergii embryos cultured in vitro. Background technique [0002] Macrobrachium rosenbergii (Macrobrachium rosenbergii), also known as Malaysian prawn and freshwater long-arm prawn, is a large freshwater prawn native to Southeast Asia. It grows fast, has a wide range of food habits, has good succulent nutrients, and has a short breeding cycle. Since the artificial cultivation of Macrobrachium rosenbergii began in the 1960s, it has developed rapidly, and it is more common to breed this shrimp in Southeast Asian countries and some other regions. [0003] With the improvement of quality of life, consumers' demand for protein is also increasing. Aquatic products have gradually become people's first choice because of their high protein and low fat. The price of high-quality aquatic products on the market is high and t...
