Abstract

The servo circuit board of the digital quartz flexible accelerometer comprises a differential capacitance detection unit, a current integrator, a transconductance/compensation amplifier and an analog-to-digital conversion module; an acceleration signal generated by the torquer stator assembly is converted into a capacitance signal to be input into the differential capacitance detection unit. The capacitance signal is converted into a current signal through the differential capacitance detection unit, the current signal is integrated bythe current integrator and then a voltage is output, the voltage is amplified and converted into an output current through the transconductance/compensation amplifier, one path of the output current is fed back to the torquer stator assembly, and the other path of the output current outputs a digital signal through the analog-to-digital conversion module; and the torquer stator assembly is provided with two groups of wiring terminals which are connected with corresponding components on the servo circuit board.
