Abstract

The input signal of the system comprises an ignition key switching signal, a manual force starting regenerative switching signal, a manual force closing regenerative switching signal, a vortex rear exhaust gas temperature sensor signal, a DPF front temperature sensor signal, a DPF rear temperature sensor signal, a DPF differential pressure sensor signal and an air flow sensor signal; an electric control unit controls a fuel electromagnetic pump, an air pump and an ignition preheatingplug; and the vortex rear exhaust gas temperature sensor signal, the DPF front temperature sensor signal, the DPF rear temperature sensor signal and the DPF differential pressure sensor signal are inputted in the electric control unit to provide a regeneration timing triggering condition and a temperature protection mechanism judgment condition. The burner DPF regeneration control system realizesparking active regeneration under the steady-state idling condition, so that the fuel consumption is prevented from being excessive, the regeneration temperature is controllable and safe, and the uncontrollable regeneration condition can be avoided.
