The invention provides a manufacturing method of a PCB comprising long and short golden fingers and a PCB, and belongs to the technical field of PCB processing. The method comprises the following steps of: preparing a board; coating photosensitive selective ink; electroplating nickel gold; removing resistance gold-plating ink; etching a lead and removing a drying film; and post-processing the board. According to the manufacturing method of the PCB with the long and short golden fingers, the electroplating lead comprises a plurality of sub-leads connected with the tail parts of the golden fingers; the sub-leads are as wide as the long and short golden fingers; and therefore, the problems of diffusion coating, copper exposure and lead residue at the tail parts of the golden fingers of the golden finger PCB can be effectively improved.
