Embodiment 1

[0023] Embodiment 1: A method for rapid screening of chemical neurotoxicity using a transgenic zebrafish model provided by the present invention comprises the following steps:

[0024] (1) The present invention selects the test model as the transgenic zebrafish Tg (HuC-GFP);

[0025] (2) Expose the model zebrafish embryo to a chemical solution, and observe it under a fluorescent microscope. The size and intensity of the green fluorescent area can indicate the development of neurons. The transgenic zebrafish embryo or just hatched Juvenile fish show that the green fluorescent signal of neurons is weakened under the fluorescence microscope, which can determine that the chemical solution is neurotoxic, and thus screen neurotoxic chemicals.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for quickly screening neurotoxicity of a chemical by using a transgenic zebrafish model. The method comprises the following steps: (1) selecting transgenic zebrafish Tg (HuC-GFP) as a test model; and (2) exposing a zebrafish embryo to a chemical solution, observing the zebrafish embryo under a fluorescence microscope, and determining that the chemical solution hasneurotoxicity if the embryo or just hatched young zebrafish of the transgenic zebrafish shows a weakened neuron green fluorescence signal under the fluorescence microscope. The method has the advantages that the screening method can be used to observe the neuron fluorescence signal of the model zebrafish conveniently, quickly and clearly so as to judge whether a to-be-detected chemical solution has the neurotoxicity, results are accurate and reliable, and a good foundation is laid for deep exploration of the neurotoxicity of the chemical later.

Description

technical field [0001] The present application relates to the technical field of neurotoxicity screening methods, in particular, to a rapid screening method for chemical neurotoxicity using a transgenic zebrafish model. Background technique [0002] A variety of chemicals have neurotoxic effects, whether it is metals, pesticides, or organic solvents, the number can be calculated in tens of millions. These chemicals either exist in large quantities in nature and enter the body through life, such as aluminum, or are the main components in industrial and agricultural production and pollutants, such as lead, mercury, plastic additives, organic solvents and pesticides. These chemicals not only endanger the occupational population, but also endanger all populations as environmental poisons, especially through the mother's placenta and breast milk, causing harm to the fetus and infant, and causing irreparable damage to the development of the nervous system of children. Certain met...
