The adsorption-plasma catalytic regeneration device includes a gas tank, a plasma discharge unit and an adsorption / catalyst unit. The adsorption / catalyst unit is placed between the discharge electrodes and adopts a three-stage design, namely, a high-efficiency adsorption catalytic section, a buffer section, and a medium-efficiency adsorption catalytic section.
