The main station monitoring center, the signal acquisition module, the motion execution module, the navigation positioning module, the obstacle avoidance module, the memory and the power supply are respectively connected with the MCU, the signal acquisition module is provided with a partial discharge detection unit used for detecting partial discharge of a transformer substation, and the partial discharge detection unit is connected with the MCU.
