Problems solved by technology

Quicklime desiccant will quickly generate heat when it meets water. If it is accidentally eaten by mistake, it may burn the mucous membrane of the digestive tract. Steam, in which case it is easy to cause the container to expand or even explode
The relatively safe polymer composite desiccant is relatively expensive and has not been widely used at present.

Embodiment 1

[0120] Example 1. A composite tea powder desiccant, the raw materials are 10kg of anhydrous calcium chloride, 2kg of unsifted expanded perlite and 20kg of tea leaves.

[0121] The preparation method of this composite tea powder desiccant is as follows:

[0122] a. Powder the tea leaves until they pass through a 60-mesh sieve to obtain product A;

[0123] b. Put product A in a drying machine and dry at 120°C until the moisture content of product A is 6%, to obtain product B;

[0124] C, the expanded perlite is passed through a 5-mesh sieve, and the expanded perlite on the sieve is taken to obtain product C;

[0125] d. Put product C into an electric blast desiccant and bake at 100-120°C for 0.5 hours to obtain product D;

[0126] e. Mix products B and D with anhydrous calcium chloride to obtain a composite tea powder desiccant.

Embodiment 2

[0127] Example 2. A compound tea powder desiccant, the raw materials are 30kg of anhydrous calcium chloride, 20kg of unsifted expanded perlite and 40kg of tea leaves.

[0128] The preparation method of this composite tea powder desiccant is as follows:

[0129] a. Powder the tea leaves until they pass through a 100-mesh sieve to obtain product A;

[0130] b. Put product A in a drying machine and dry at 140°C until the moisture content of product A is 8%, to obtain product B;

[0131] c, the expanded perlite is passed through a 20-mesh sieve, and the expanded perlite on the sieve is taken to obtain product C;

[0132] d. Put product C into an electric blast desiccant and bake at 120°C for 2 hours to obtain product D;

[0133] e. Mix products B and D with anhydrous calcium chloride to obtain a composite tea powder desiccant.

Embodiment 3

[0134] Example 3. A compound tea powder desiccant, the raw materials are 15kg of anhydrous calcium chloride, 5kg of unsifted expanded perlite and 25kg of tea leaves.

[0135] The preparation method of this composite tea powder desiccant is as follows:

[0136] a. Powder the tea leaves until they pass through a 70-mesh sieve to obtain product A;

[0137] b, b, put A product in the drying machine, dry at 125 ℃ until the moisture content of A product is 6-8%, get B product;

[0138] c, the expanded perlite is passed through a 10-mesh sieve, and the expanded perlite on the sieve is taken to obtain product C;

[0139] d. Put product C into an electric blast desiccant and bake at 105°C for 1 hour to obtain product D;

[0140] e. Mix products B and D with anhydrous calcium chloride to obtain a composite tea powder desiccant.

Abstract

The invention discloses a composite tea powder drying agent. The drying agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 to 30 parts of anhydrous calcium chloride, 2 to 20 parts of expanded perlite and 20 to 40 parts of tea leaves. The preparation method comprises the following steps: a, crushing tea leaves until the tea leaves pass through a 60-100-mesh sieve to obtain aproduct A; b, drying the product A to obtain a product B; c, sieving the expanded perlite with a 5-20-mesh sieve, and taking the oversize expanded perlite to obtain a product C; d, drying the productC to obtain a product D; and e, mixing the product B, the product D and anhydrous calcium chloride to obtain a finished product. The drying agent of the invention has the effects of dehumidification and formaldehyde removal, is safe, non-toxic, low in price and good in water retention, and based on the synergistic effect of the tea powder and the anhydrous calcium chloride, the moisture absorptionrate can exceed that of a traditional drying agent and reach the moisture absorption level of an existing drying agent.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of desiccants, in particular to a composite tea powder desiccant and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] The use of desiccant is to keep items relatively dry for a longer period of time, thereby achieving the purpose of preventing mildew, moisture or oxidation. At present, the desiccants sold in the market can achieve a certain moisture absorption and moisture-proof effect, but there are also some defects. For example, there are two kinds of desiccants commonly used in daily life, the white blocky quicklime desiccant whose main component is calcium oxide and the transparent spherical silica gel desiccant whose main component is silicon dioxide, which will have a great impact on the human body after ingestion. Quicklime desiccant will quickly generate heat when it meets water. If it is accidentally eaten by mistake, it may burn the mucous membrane of the digestive tract. Steam, in this case, c...
