Abstract

Straw pyrolysis and carbonization equipment is used for conveniently realizing pyrolysis and carbonization treatment on straws. The equipment comprises a hopper, a spiral conveyer, an inclined spiral,a heat exchanger, an oil-gas separator, a tube-in-tube condenser, a three-phase separator, a coil condenser and a pyrolysis gas combustor which are sequentially arranged according to the technological process, wherein an air seal machine is arranged between the hopper and the spiral conveyer, a plurality of heating furnaces which are sequentially arranged are arranged on the periphery of the spiral conveyer, the rear end of the spiral conveyer is communicated with the front end of the inclined spiral, and the rear end of the inclined spiral is communicated with a carbon collecting box; the rear end of the spiral conveyer is connected with the heating furnaces through pipelines; the heating furnaces are connected with the oil-gas separator through pipelines; the oil-gas separator is connected with the tube-in-tube condenser through a pipeline; the tube-in-tube condenser is connected with the three-phase separator through a pipeline; the three-phase separator is connected with the coilcondenser by a pipeline; the coil condenser is connected with the pyrolysis gas combustor by a pipeline; a filter screen is arranged between the pipeline connected with the heat exchanger and the rearend of the spiral conveyer.
