The circuit comprises a D/A converter, a first operational amplifier OP1, a second operational amplifier OP2, a switching transistor V1, a field effect transistor V2, a diode V3, a relay K1, a load resistor R1, a load resistor R2, a resistor R3 and a circuit R4. The first operational amplifier OP1 is connected to different load resistors through switching of the relay, the output current range is configurable, meanwhile, the second operational amplifier is set to supply power to a high-voltage single power supply, andthe load capacity of the current source circuit can be greatly improved.
