The method is characterized by comprising the steps of placing aflat heat pipe on a working table, and limiting a liquid filling port of the flat heat pipe; conducting vacuum extraction on the flat heat pipe through a vacuum pump through a sealing quick joint matched with the liquid filling port of the flat heat pipe, and filling refrigerant fluid; stopping filling of the refrigerant fluid and conducting primary pressing sealing through a combination module; conducting secondary ultrasonic welding sealing through the combination module; conducting hold-down cutoff on a process pipe at the end of the liquid filing port of the flat heat pipe through the combination module; and opening the sealing quick joint and removing the process pipe.
