According to the invention, amplitude and phase controllable voltage is generated through the compensation inverter module and is injected into the power transmission line to realize full-phase voltage compensation. The system is used in combination with an SVG device with reactive, harmonic and three-phase imbalance compensation functions, the voltage and electric energy quality comprehensive compensation of a distribution line can be realized, and the power supply radius is effectively extended; according to the invention, an energy storage and conversion module is designed to be connected in parallel to a power supply line in order to limit a direct-current side energy source widely applied to the controllable series compensation device; the adjustment of peak-valley load balance of a power grid can be realized, and a circuit can also be used as an energy extraction circuit of the compensation inverter module to provide stable and sufficient energy source support for a voltage compensation process.
