Abstract

The invention discloses a system and method for freezing prevention of a cold end of a turbine during removal of a low-pressure cylinder from an air cooling unit and belongs to the technical field ofcombined heat and power generation cogeneration. At present, there is no system which can effectively realize freezing prevention of an air cooling tower under an ultra-low waste steam flow rate. Thesystem disclosed by the invention comprises an air cooling turbine, a waste steam pipeline, an air cooling tower isolation valve, an air cooling tower, a condensate pipeline, a condenser isolation valve and a condenser, wherein a waste steam outlet of the air cooling turbine is connected to an input of the air cooling tower isolation valve and an inlet of the condenser isolation valve by the wastesteam pipeline respectively; an outlet of the air cooling tower isolation valve is connected to a waste steam inlet of the air cooling tower; a condensate outlet of the air cooling tower is connectedto the condensate pipeline; an outlet of the condenser isolation valve is connected to a steam side inlet of the condenser; and a steam side outlet of the condenser is bypass connected to the condensate pipeline. The system and the method disclosed by the invention have the beneficial effects that reliability is high; economic benefits are good; and an anti-freezing problem of the cold end of theturbine under the ultralow waste steam working condition can be solved effectively.
