There is provided an electronic component excellent in moisture resistance capable of ensuring electrical connection between electrodes and hermeticity of a sealed region including a vibrating part and suppressing an increase in size. An electronic component including a piezoelectric element provided with a vibrating part and a first electrode on one face of a piezoelectric substrate and a printed circuit substrate having a second electrode is constituted by including: a bump provided in advance on one of the first electrode and the second electrode and connected to the other of the first electrode and the second electrode; an annular first metal layer surrounding the vibrating part; and a solder material with a solidus temperature lower than the bump, sealing a space between the first metal layer and the printed circuit substrate to make a placement region of the vibrating part a hermetic space, whereby moisture permeation into the hermetic space and the outward spread of the solder material can be suppressed, and a space for the bump to spread by being melted can be omitted. Moreover, the electrical connection between the electrodes and the sealing of the placement region can be performed in separate processes, so that high hermeticity can be obtained.

The invention discloses aerogel composite cloth taking a hot melt adhesive as a binder and a preparation method for the aerogel composite cloth. The composite cloth takes a fiber enhanced aerogel material as a core layer, and a layer of fabric covers each of the upper part and the lower part of the core layer; the hot melt adhesive serving as the binder is arranged between the core layer and the fabrics. Sticky glue of the fiber enhanced aerogel material is cleaned and swept; after the hot melt adhesive covers the upper part and the lower part of the fiber enhanced aerogel material, the hot melt adhesive is respectively covered with layers of cloth; the aerogel composite cloth is cut and packaged after being pressurized by a hot roller. The aerogel composite cloth disclosed by the invention has the advantages of excellent heat insulation performance, high moisture permeation property, high softness, no dust escape and the like, and can be applied to a cold-resistant or fireproof tent, a sleeping bag, a floor mat, shoes, shoe insoles, cloths and hats as well as internal heat insulation decorations of automobiles, airplanes, ships and trains; the application field of the aerogel composite cloth is greatly expanded; furthermore, the technology is simple, the quality is easy to control, and the aerogel composite cloth is suitable for batch production.

Process for preparing unidirectional moisture-permeable light heat-insulating tatting double-layer fabric

The invention discloses a process for preparing a unidirectional moisture-permeable light heat-insulating tatting double-layer fabric and belongs to the field of functional textiles. The unidirectional moisture-permeable light heat-insulating tatting double-layer fabric is a double-layer structure tatting fabric, wherein warp yarn is interwoven with face weft through a method of insidewarp connection, namely a down-up connection method. A surface layer is one of polyester special-shaped section water absorption fiber or ku si mian fiber, and a lining is made of polypropylene hollow fiber dyed yarn. After an obtained gray fabric undergoes cold batch pretreatment, disperse dye overflow dyeing, dry sizing and galling treatment, the final unidirectional moisture-permeable light tatting double-layer fabric is obtained. On the one hand, the fabric performs dewatering and moisture permeation, on the other hand, the fabric absorbs water and discharges moisture, and thus the fabric has functions of unidirectional moisture permeation. Due to functional characteristics of a hollow polypropylene fiber and a galling process adopted for the process, the fabric has a good heat insulation function while upgrading an inner layer moisture permeation function.
