Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a breathable water-absorbing fabric. The preparation method comprises the following steps of 1), preparing a spinning melt; 2), extruding the melt through a spinneret orifice to form melt threads; 3), cooling and solidifying the melt threads to form nascent fibers, and 4), oiling and winding the nascent fibers, wherein the spinneret orifice is in a cross shape, so that the cross section of the prepared fibers is in the cross shape. According to the preparation method of the breathable water-absorbing fabric, the prepared fibers have the functionsof breathability and water absorption, and have good antibacterial, mildew-proof, flame-retardant and wear-resistant properties.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of a breathable and water-absorbing fabric. Background technique [0002] Fiber (US: Fiber; English: Fiber) refers to a substance composed of continuous or discontinuous filaments. There are many types and applications of fibers, among which textile fibers are fibers used to weave cloth and are necessary raw materials in the textile field. [0003] However, the functions of existing textile fibers are relatively single, which cannot meet the diverse needs of the market. Contents of the invention [0004] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for preparing a breathable and water-absorbing fabric, the prepared fiber has the functions of breathability and water absorption, and has better antibacterial, mildew-proof, flame-retardant and wear-resistant properties. [0005] In order to achieve the above object, the technical solution of the present invention is to design a method for pre...
