The bogie frame comprises a sleeper beam in the middle and two side beams perpendicularly connectedto the two sides of the sleeper beam, the permanent magnet motors are located at the front end and the rear end of the frame, each permanent magnet motor comprises a stator and a rotor, and motor shafts serve as rotors of the permanent magnet motors. The rubber tires are symmetrically arranged on the front side and the rear side of the bogie frame, the driving half shafts are arranged in the rubber tires, the suspension beam connecting seats are arranged on the lower portions of the sleeper beam, and the suspension beam is connected with the vehicle body through the suspension pin shafts.
