The lifting mechanism comprises a first bottom plate and a first supporting part arranged oppositeto the first bottom plate. The first supporting part is used for supporting the camera assembly; the lifting mechanism further comprises a telescopic part used for driving the first supporting part to be close to or away from the first bottom plate. The telescopic part has a contraction state or an extension state; when the telescopic part is powered on, the telescopic part contracts to be in a contraction state, and when the telescopic part is powered off, the telescopic part stretches to be in a stretching state. Therefore, the telescopic part and the first elastic part drive the camera shooting assembly to move, the structure is simpler, the machining and matching precision requirements are reduced, the cost is low, and industrial mass production is facilitated. Meanwhile, compared with a motor-driven pop-up mechanism, the pop-up mechanism has the advantages of fewer parts, smaller occupied space and facilitation of miniaturization of the mobile terminal.
