The convenient disassembling and assembling process comprises the following steps: disassembling a steel-structure bottom plate and a ceramic fiber blanket; manufacturing a simple trolley track and two trolleys; disassembling an old furnace tube in a radiation chamber; mounting an electric hoist; mounting a new furnace tube in the radiation chamber; and re-mounting the steel-structure bottom plate. The convenient disassembling and assembling process breaks through conventional thinking, in combination with actual conditions of a site, the steel-structure bottom plate of the radiation chamber of the cracking furnace is opened, site resources are utilized, the self-made track trolleys are applied, a chain block and the electric hoist are adopted to quickly and effectively complete disassembling, transporting and mounting work of the furnace tube of the ethylene cracking furnace, and the problem of chain block transferring of the furnace tube in a hearth is solved effectively; and the self-made track trolleys quickly transport a new furnace tube set to a mounting position, and the new furnace tube set is directly and vertically hoisted, so that secondary transferring frequency is reduced. According to the convenient disassembling and assembling process, theelectric hoist is utilized to mount the new furnace tube set, thus, the problem that a furnace tube is slowly mounted in a conventional method is solved, use of manpower and the chain block is reduced, a large number of crane machine shifts are saved, and the working efficiency and economic benefits are improved.
