According to the application, the cycloenone acetal and the alpha olefin are copolymerized by combining free radical ring-opening polymerization of the cycloenone acetal and coordination polymerization of the alpha olefin, and degradable units (ester bonds) are introduced into all copolymer carbon skeletons. The preparation method is mild in reaction condition, heating is not needed, and the olefin insertion rate can be adjusted in a wide range with the mass ratio of 23-71%.
