Abstract

The equipment comprises a raw material bin; a feeding belt capable of being driven is movably connected below the raw material bin; and a drying device for drying is arranged in front of the feeding belt, and a sorting device for sorting isarranged in front of the drying device. In the equipment, by arranging a drying cylinder, in use, raw materials are conveyed into the drying cylinder on a supporting plate through the feeding belt from the raw material bin, one end of the drying cylinder inclines downwards, and meanwhile rotation at a constant speed is achieved under driving by a driving device; meanwhile a material raising deviceof a special structure is installed in the drying cylinder, and the structure of the material raising device is that a plurality of groups of similar-bucket-shaped material raising blades with different shapes are welded to the inner wall of the drying cylinder. The material raising device raises materials and makes the materials collide with one another in the rotating process, so that the materials do regular free falling motion in the drying cylinder from the upper end to the lower end, and the effects of drying and primary dust separation are achieved.
