The method comprises the steps of: recognizing and segmenting a weldjoint image; reducing weld joint root forming and weld beading according to the gray difference of the weld joint and the pipe image; restoring weld joint root forming and weld beading by inverse perspective transformation according to the weld joint elliptical opening image; correcting an appearance curve of weld joint root forming and weld beading; generating a peripheral boundary curve of theweld joint area according to the weld joint root weld beading radial height curve coordinates, and performing interpolation on the through-flow surface curve and the peripheral boundary curve to obtain three-dimensional scatter points capable of representing the weld beading area; and performing gridding processing on the three-dimensional point cloud, and generating a weld beading three-dimensional model from point to surface.
