An electrolytic capacitor (1) according to the present disclosure is provided with a positive electrode body (21), a negative electrode body (22), a solid electrolyte (25) and a liquid component (26). The surface of the positive electrode body (21) is provided with a dielectric layer (210). The solid electrolyte (25) is in contact with the dielectric layer (210), while containing a conductive polymer (250) that is interposed between the positive electrode body (21) and the negative electrode body (22). The liquid component (26) is in contact with the dielectric layer (210) and the solid electrolyte (25), while containing a solvent and an acid component. The acid component contains a first polymer acid component that has a sulfonic acid group or a carboxylic acid group.
