Abstract

The invention discloses a fluorescent probe for detecting dodine in water as well as a preparation method and application of the fluorescent probe. The molecular formula of the fluorescent probe is C88H84O20N42Br2, and the fluorescent probe is prepared from a cucurbit[10]uril aqueous solution and a methyl acridine aqueous solution. The application comprises the steps: during detection, firstly, taking the fluorescent probe, and adding secondary water for dilution to obtain a fluorescent probe solution; adding to-be-detected water into the prepared fluorescent probe solution, standing for 10-20minutes, carrying out fluorescence emission spectrum measurement at a fixed excitation wavelength of 364 nm, and drawing a change curve of fluorescence intensity at the excited laser wavelength; andfinally, calculating the change value of the fluorescence emission spectrum intensity under the corresponding 485 nm before and after the to-be-detected water is added into the fluorescence probe solution according to the curve, and when the fluorescence emission spectrum intensity under the corresponding 485 nm before and after the to-be-detected water is added is enhanced, indicating that the to-be-detected water contains dodine.
