Abstract

The present invention provides a modified nano-cellulose and its preparation method and application. The preparation method of the modified nano-cellulose comprises: combining cellulose or cellulose derivatives with 3,4-dichlorophenyl isocyanate in an aprotic Co-ball milling in polar organic solvents. The present invention adopts mechanochemical method to apply mechanical force while using 3,4-dichlorophenyl isocyanate to chemically modify cellulose or cellulose derivatives, so that the modified nanometer with water-resistant and anti-ultraviolet properties can be prepared in one step. Cellulose is simple and efficient; and chemical modification and ball milling play a synergistic effect, making the diameter of the modified nanocellulose smaller, so that the obtained modified nanocellulose has better transparency after being made into a film.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of nanofiber materials, more specifically, to a modified nanocellulose and its preparation method and application. Background technique [0002] With the development of nanotechnology, nanocellulose has become a widely used functional polymer material. Nanocellulose is generally defibrillated from natural cellulose or cellulose derivatives through a series of physical or chemical treatments to become nanoscale cellulose. [0003] Due to the outstanding physical and chemical properties of nanocellulose, such as nanoscale, superior mechanical properties, renewable, biodegradable, etc., people place higher expectations on it and hope to expand nanocellulose through modification. Applications, such as water-resistant and UV-resistant materials. [0004] In the prior art, the preparation of nanocellulose with anti-water and anti-ultraviolet properties is mostly to make the cellulose into nanocellulose, and then chemicall...
