Abstract

The invention discloses a novel grating signal acquisition control card. Four interfaces used for receiving grating sensor signals are connected with an FPGA through four differential signal receivers. Two paths of frequency measurement interfaces and motor control interface are connected to the FPGA. An internet access for Ethernet communication is connected with an ARM through an Ethernet transceiver. A USB interface is connected to a level conversion chip through a USB-to-serial port chip and then connected with the ARM. Eight paths of IO interfaces are connected to the ARM through an IO interface conversion circuit. The FPGA is used for acquiring four paths of grating signals, so that synchronous acquisition of the four paths of signals can be guaranteed, and compared with most acquisition cards, the grating signal acquisition control card not only has a data acquisition function, but further is integrated with a motor control interface, a motor can be directly controlled accordingto the grating signals, the real-time performance of a system is guaranteed, and the working efficiency of the acquisition card is improved.
