Abstract

The discharging device of the ball mill comprises a discharging pool, a slurry pump, a discharging pipe, a material collecting hopper, a valve component, a material uniformizing groove, a material dispersing cover, vibrating screens, a coarse material recycling pool, a feeding hopper, a feeding pipe and a fine material receiving pool. According to the discharging device of the ball mill, discharged materials of the ball mill can be screened through the vibrating screens,screened coarse materials are directly discharged into the ball mill again through dead weight, and therefore, automatic circulating ore grinding is achieved, back-and-forth conveying is not needed,manpower input is small, and the ore grinding efficiency is high. The discharging device of the ball mill has the advantages that an iron removal device is arranged, so that the content of small steelball fragments in the back-milled coarse mineral aggregate is effectively reduced, and abrasion of the small steel ball fragments to the side wall of a ball mill material cavity and the slurry pump is reduced. As the material uniformizing table is arranged, slag slurry discharged from a slag slurry outlet can be evenly distributed to two outlets and screened through the corresponding vibrating screens, so that the screening efficiency is improved; and moreover, the slag slurry amount of each vibrating screen is reduced in a flow dividing mode, so that the screening effect is better.
