Abstract

The preprocessor comprises a lightproof processing chamber, wherein an air inlet is formed in the side wall of one end, in a horizontal direction, of the processing chamber; an air outlet is formed in the side wall of the other end of the processing chamber; a ventilation channel is formed between the air inlet and the air outlet;a blocking piece is installed in the processing chamber; and the blocking piece blocks the ventilation channel so as to block liquid particles, and a plurality of gap channels allowing gas to pass through are formed in the blocking piece and evenly distributed in the width direction of the ventilation channel. According to the invention, photocuring paint is in a liquid state in an environment without light; when waste gas passes through the gap channels, the motion trails of the liquid particles are continuously changed, the liquid particles can impact the surface of the blocking piece underthe action of inertia force and centrifugal force, and therefore, gas-liquid separation in the waste gas is achieved; and then, the liquid particles are enriched into liquid on the blocking piece andfinally flows down along the vertically arranged blocking piece, so the influence of the liquid particles in a subsequent process is reduced, and subsequent waste gas treatment work is facilitated.
