Embodiment Construction

[0025] The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. Obviously, the described embodiments are only part of the embodiments of the present invention, not all of them. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by persons of ordinary skill in the art without making creative efforts belong to the protection scope of the present invention.

[0026] According to an embodiment of the present invention, a narrow-band filter system based on FP interferometer is proposed, and the receiving optical path is as follows figure 1 shown. The isotropic fluorescence signals are converged into parallel light signals by the lens group to enter the FP interferometer. Use the free spectral region and the fineness is appropriate (the free spectral region is about 1-2nm, and the fineness is above 30, th...

Abstract

The invention discloses an LIF measurement fluorescence signal narrow-band filtering system and method based on an FP interferometer, and the system comprises a laser source, an emitted laser signal enters a laser modulator, is modulated by the laser modulator and then is emitted to a target particle, a fluorescence signal is collected through an optical lens group, and the optical lens group is connected to the FP interferometer. The FP interferometer is connected with a sensor and outputs a sensor signal to a first lock-in amplifier, and a reference signal of the first lock-in amplifier comes from a modulation reference signal output by a laser modulator; a second phase amplifier is used for signal acquisition, scanning modulation of resonant frequency is carried out on an FP interferometer, a modulation signal of the FP interferometer is used as a reference signal, secondary phase-locked amplification is carried out on an LIF fluorescence signal which is output by a first phase-locked amplifier and is subjected to phase-locked amplification, and narrowband filtering with the bandwidth of 0.1-0.5 nm is realized by utilizing the fineness of the FP interferometer.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of active spectrum measurement, in particular to an FP interferometer-based narrow-band filter system suitable for LIF fluorescence signal measurement. Background technique [0002] LIF (Laser Induced Fluorescence Diagnosis) is a highly sensitive and well-developed active optical diagnostic method, which has the characteristics of large excitation cross section and high spatial and temporal resolution. LIF, TALIF, LCIF, LIQ and other measurement methods using laser-induced fluorescence as the basic principle are widely used in experimental physics research such as fluid mechanics, plasma physics, molecular dynamics, quantum mechanics, and combustion. LIF, TALIF, LCIF, LIQ and other measurements using laser-induced fluorescence as the basic principle are mainly used in the diagnosis of kinetic parameters such as ion velocity distribution functions in plasma diagnosis; in molecular dynamics and fluid mechanics, they can...
