Abstract

The invention discloses a potato seed coating agent and a preparation method thereof. The seed coating agent disclosed by the invention is prepared from raw materials consisting of compound microorganisms, rice soup, urea, ferrous sulfate and clear water. The seed coating agent is prepared from the following raw material components in parts by weight: 0.5-5.0 parts of compound microorganisms, 10-20 parts of rice soup, 0.1-0.5 part of urea, 0.10-0.20 part of ferrous sulfate and 75-90 parts of clear water. The preparation process of the seed coating agent comprises the following steps of mixing each single bacterial liquid according to a preset weight ratio to obtain compound microorganisms, mixing the raw material components according to a preset weight ratio to obtain a mixed material, carrying out facultative fermentation on the mixed material at the temperature of 30-38 DEG C, then carrying out open standing, and ending the fermentation when the pH value of the fermented material is less than or equal to 3.8, centrifuging the fermented liquid, and collecting supernatant as a seed coating agent.
