Abstract
The invention relates to the field of coatings, in particular to a corrosion-resistant coating for an impedor and the impedor. Based on the total mass of the coating, the coating is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage content: 50 to 60 percents of epoxy acrylic resin, 15 to 20 percents of dimethyl glycidyl ether, 3 to 5 percents of an adipic acid curing agent, 1 to 5 percents of a defoaming agent, 1 to 5 percents of a flatting agent and 9 to 26 percents of silica powder. According to the corrosion-resistant coating for the impedor, the raw material ratio of the coating is limited, so that the corrosion-resistant coating which is resistant to corrosion and has a smooth surface after being cured is obtained, and when the corrosion-resistant coating is applied to the impedor, a corrosion-resistant layer with the smooth surface can be formed in the impedor; therefore, the entropy liquid can slide and fall off along the corrosion-resistant layer when dropping, and the impedor is prevented from being damaged by the entropy liquid.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of coatings, in particular to a corrosion-resistant coating for an impedance and an impedance. Background technique [0002] In the process of steel pipe processing, high-frequency welding is usually used to heat the gap of the tube billet to a molten state, and then extrude it to realize welding. High-frequency welding uses electromagnetic induction to generate an induced current on the surface of the tube blank to heat the surface of the tube blank so that it reaches a molten or nearly plastic state, and then applies pressure to weld it together. In the process of high-frequency welding, it is necessary to install an impedance inside the tube blank to strengthen the proximity effect of high-frequency current and make the induced current more concentrated at the weld. [0003] Since entropy liquid is generated during the welding process, the drop of entropy liquid on the resistor will cause damage to the resistor. ...
