The method comprises the steps that the current IO page view between disks in an original disk array is obtained; calling a neural network prediction model to predict the current IO page view of each disk in the original disk array to obtain a predicted IO page view corresponding to each disk; according to the predicted IO page view, determining a hot access disk in the original disk array; selecting a data block of which the current IO page view exceeds the average page view corresponding to the hot access disk from the hot access disk as a hot access data block; and according to a preset migration rule, migrating and rewriting the hot access data block into a newly added disk of the extended disk array. By implementing the method and the device, the problem that the overall balance of IO access cannot be realized in the prior art can be solved.
