Abstract

The invention relates to a voltage-controlled oscillator, terminal equipment and a signal tuning method. The voltage-controlled oscillator comprises a voltage-controlled unit, a resonance unit and an oscillation circuit, the voltage-controlled unit comprises a voltage-controlled circuit connected with a first type of electrodes, the resonance unit comprises a resonance loop connected with a second type of electrodes, and the first type of electrodes and the second type of electrodes are coupled through a same dielectric medium; and the resonance unit is isolated from the voltage-controlled unit, is electrically connected with the oscillation circuit, and is used for tuning according to the parameter conversion of the first type of electrodes and the second type of electrodes and providing a resonated voltage-controlled signal for the oscillation circuit. The first type of electrodes and the second type of electrodes realize transmission of control characteristics and isolation of noise signals in a mode of influencing dielectric characteristics, so that the voltage-controlled unit is not connected with the resonance loop, the resonance unit is not influenced by noise of signals in the voltage-controlled unit when performing signal tuning, the resonance loop does not need to contain a semiconductor tuning device, and the phase noise of the whole voltage-controlled oscillator is effectively reduced.
