The two measuring light paths adopt the same spectrum module, time-sharing measurement of the earth surface reflection radiance and the total illumination is achieved, errors caused by spectrum matching and module attenuation are avoided, the measuring precision of the earth surface reflectivity is improved, meanwhile, through application of the two-dimensional holder, multi-angle rotation of the lens is achieved, and the multi-angle surface reflectance is obtained.
