The method comprises the steps of applying air pressure q to an initially flat and periphery clamped circular prestressed film with Young's modulus E, Poisson's ratio v, radius a, thickness h and prestress sigma0, enabling the circular prestressed film to generate axial symmetry deformation under the air pressure, forming a circular smooth contact area with the radius b witha rigid flat plate parallel to the initial flat circular prestressed film, wherein the distance between the rigid flat plate and the initial flat circular prestressed film is H, and on the basis of static equilibrium analysis of the axisymmetric deformation of the circular prestressed film, determining the deflection w(r) in the area b<r<a of the circular prestressed film subjected to axisymmetric deformation, wherein r represents the distance from any point on the circular prestressed film subjected to axisymmetric deformation to a straight line which is perpendicular to the geometric middle surface of the initial flat circular prestressed film and passes through the centroid of the geometric middle surface.
