The antenna device comprises a grounding conductor, a first conductor structure, a second conductor structure and a feed source, wherein the grounding conductor comprises a first side edge and a second side edge connected with the first side edge, and the grounding conductor is grounded; the first conductor structure and the first side edge are arranged at intervals; the second conductor structure and the second side edge are arranged at an interval, and the second conductor structure is connected with the first conductor structure; the feed source is electrically connected with the first conductor structure, and the feed source is used for feeding excitation current into the first conductor structure; and the first conductor structure is used for transmitting excitation current to generate first resonance, the second conductor structure is used for transmitting excitation current to generate second resonance, and the frequency of the second resonance is different from that of the first resonance. The antenna device can radiate wireless signals of two different frequency bands outwards, the requirement of a dual-frequency antenna can be met, the antenna device is simple in structure, different frequency bands do not need to be switched through a switch, and therefore the antenna design of the electronic equipment can be simplified.
