The method comprises: firstly, collecting actual road driving data of an automobile, and processing abnormal data in original data; then, extracting a complete kinematics fragment of the automobile in the sampling period from the data, and selecting characteristic parameters to characterize the kinematics fragment; then, adopting a principal component analysis method to carry out dimensionality reduction on the characteristic parameters of information overlapping, according to the score of each principal component, adopting a K-means algorithm optimized by an initial clustering center to carry out fragment classification, and extracting representative kinematics fragments from each classification; and finally, on the basis of the principle of a greedy algorithm, constructing an optimal automobile driving condition by utilizing representative kinematics fragments.
