Problems solved by technology

However, the light injection process solar cells, the fill factor decreased significantly
The fill factor refers to the ratio of the product of current and voltage to the product of short-circuit current and open-circuit voltage when the solar cell has the maximum output power. The higher the ratio, the higher the photoelectric conversion efficiency, so the conversion efficiency of the solar cell decreases.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for reducing light-induced degradation of a PERC battery piece. The method comprises the following steps: performing preheating treatment on the PERC battery piece in a light injection region in a manner that a single PERC battery piece is on a battery piece conveying furnace belt at the preheating temperature of 400-800 DEG C; carrying out illumination treatment and heating treatment on the preheated PERC battery piece; placing the PERC battery piece subjected to the light injection treatment in a battery piece bearing box, and transmitting the battery piece bearing box to an electric injection region; heating the PERC battery piece which is positioned in the battery piece bearing box and is subjected to light injection treatment, wherein the heating time is 5min to 60min; applying a reverse voltage to the two ends of the PERC battery piece subjected to heating treatment, wherein the range of the reverse voltage applied to a single battery piece is 0.01 V to 0.5 V; and cooling the PERC battery piece subjected to the reverse voltage treatment to the room temperature. The method can reduce the reduction degree of the fill factor of the battery piece after the light injection processing, and improves the conversion efficiency of the battery piece.

Description

technical field [0001] The present application relates to the technical field of solar cells, in particular to a method for reducing light-induced attenuation of PERC cells. Background technique [0002] Using PERC (Passivated Emitter and Rear Cell, passivated emitter and rear passivation) technology, the minority carrier life of solar cells is effectively improved, and the cell efficiency is significantly improved, but the light-induced degradation (light-induced degradation, referred to as LID) is also correspondingly significant. The increase will affect the further widespread application of back passivated cells, and the light-induced attenuation is mainly caused by BO (boron oxygen) defect pairs in the silicon material. [0003] In order to weaken the light-induced attenuation of solar cells, light injection treatment is currently performed on solar cells, and light is used to irradiate the solar cells to increase carriers, thereby reducing the light-induced attenuation...
