A digital separation method for noise in a magnetic coupling digital isolator is disclosed, a coding module in the magnetic coupling digital isolator is used for generating two continuous pulse signals at each rising edge and each falling edge of an input signal of the magnetic coupling digital isolator and inputting the two continuous pulse signals into a primary coil of an isolation transformer; so that a secondary coil of the isolation transformer induces and generates a secondary coil output signal; change of the load end of the magnetic coupling digital isolator can generate a noise signal, and the noise signal and the output signal of the secondary coil are jointly used as an input signal of a decoding module; the decoding module is used for detecting the input signal of the decoding module, judging whether the input signal of the decoding module is a noise signal or a secondary coil output voltage when a rising edge appears after a set time, keeping the output signal of the decoding module unchanged if the input signal is the noise signal, and overturning the output signal of the decoding module if the input signal is the secondary coil output voltage.
